This new residence is approximately 6500 square feet in area. The client acquired a premier lot in the Village of Ridgewood, NJ. The site allows views of the New York skyline and the valleys between. The plan was developed to maximize these views with the entire family in mind. Each bedroom features the sweeping vistas. Additionally the dining, family room, kitchen and breakfast area also maintain these views. Outdoor use was also planned with large patio and lawn areas available to extend living to the exterior.
