| This urban infill project, located in Jersey City, New Jersey, consists of 34 units of one and two bedroom apartments ranging from 950 square feet to 1500 square feet. The building consists of 5 stories of apartment units over a one story parking garage. The building was required to pass rigorous design criteria of the city. Some features are rooftop garden areas, rooftop patios and a community room. The green roof over the garage is designed with plantings requiring little or no maintenance. |  |
