This home started as a 2,960 square foot 1950’s colonial, by the completion the client had an updated 4,904 square foot home satisfying their entire design program. The home had an existing small garage and a small family room attached to the rear. Both were in a state of disrepair. The scope of this project included the removal of the existing garage and family room, developing a new kitchen and family room, new entries and garage on the first floor. On the second floor the designs called for a new master suite, an additional bed room and an additional main bath.
