Built in the mid 1800’s this Victorian styled home was purchased by a young family of five. The client’s requirements were to maintain the original character by matching all interior and exterior details of the original home. The addition was approximately 3000 square feet. It contains a new kitchen, family room, butlers pantry, and rear entry foyer. Also on the first floor is a full guest suite including bedroom, living room with fireplace, walk in closets and bathroom. The second floor of the addition contains a master suite, laundry room, private office, guest room, and two additional bathrooms. The work included a full remodeling of the existing second and the third floors.
