This is the third alteration to this residence performed by this office. The residence was built circa 1838. This project consists of the demolition of part of the first addition built around 1990. The latest addition consisted of a new 2 car garage, new kitchen and walk in pantry, entry foyer, powder room, a new hearth room and renovated study/home office on the first floor. The second floor work consisted of new master bed room suite with a master bath, walk in closets, exercise room and laundry room. The master bath contains amenities such as a sauna, enclosed toilet/bidet rooms, walk in showers(no door), separate vanities and large soaking/whirlpool tub.
