The original home was a 1290 square foot Italianate home built at the end of the 19th century. An addition of 1068 square feet on the first floor and 975 square feet on the second. The addition included two outdoor living areas, one off the first floor living room and a second from the master bedroom, the creation of a new kitchen and breakfast area, new living room and new rear entry with a mud room. The addition allowed for a second stair to the new bedrooms on the second floor including a master suite. The owner traveled to Canada to aquire wide plank barnwood to use and match the original wide plank pine floors. Three “fireplaces” were also installed.
